Liz Hershfield
Liz has worked in various roles and positions in the fashion industry for three decades, specializing in production, product development, supply chain, and operations. She has led supply chain & sustainability initiatives and contributed to the growth and success of brands such as Old Navy, Bonobos, Madewell, and J.Crew.
Liz launched Green-ish in 2024, a consultancy that helps businesses navigate the complexities of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and supply chain management. Her consultancy aims to empower companies to build resilient strategies tailored to their unique needs and circumstances, regardless of where they are in their sustainability journey.
